However, the Duo DE is not merely a feast for the eyes. It boasts a unique triple PID temperature system and a fully interactive touchscreen user interface, guaranteeing a superior brewing experience.

To ensure optimal performance, the Bezzera Duo DE comes equipped with a 20amp power connection. By default, it operates in low power priority mode using a 20-15amp adapter included in the package, allowing it to draw over 15amps.

Should you wish to utilize the machine at its full potential and your outlet features a 20amp breaker, simply remove the adapter and switch it to full power non-priority mode.

This flexibility provides you with the freedom to adapt to different power configurations while maximizing your brewing capabilities.

    Using an integrated touchscreen, the Duo DE gives you quick access to important features such as On/Off scheduling, automatic backflushing, and more.

  • Triple PID Temperature Control

    Unlike most dual boilers, the Bezzera Duo DE has a third PID along with the steam and coffee boiler PIDs to control the electronically heated grouphead. This creates near perfect thermal stability for the ideal shot of espresso.

  • Barista Lights

    Powerfull LED lights shine on the cup tray to show every detail of your extraction.

  • Waterline Ready

    Equipped with a commercial grade rotary pump, the Duo DE can easily be changed from reservoir to waterline connection with the included plumb kit.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
